Have I missed it? If not is there any chance it might be added? Also, is there a way to hide the scroll bar? It seems unnecessary and distracting when reading a book. It would be nice to have a show/hide button for it, as there is for the TOC.
BTW, Calibre is really looking impressive! Just installed the latest version over a version I downloaded a long time back and am amazed at the changes. Great work!

There are 2 Purple arrow buttons. on the tool bar.
Note

that you can relocate (drag) this bar, including detached from the viewer.
Calibre won't remember this between uses

, but it only takes a sec to do.
