Perusing the Black Friday ad scans and Walmart has the Sony PRS-300 for $99.00 from 4-11am on Friday morning (fourth page pictured):

Looks like its an in-store deal with limited quantities, but it probably wouldn't hurt to check the web site at the same time. The 300 is a capable little reader and it doesn't look like these are refurbished.
