You can't really "include" the purchased books if they're from Connect -- once the Reader de-authorizes from your account, the books will lock. And if you don't de-auth it from your account, nobody else can auth it to their own ... unless you pass the account along, which you can do (remove your cc info, and change the user name and PW to something you and your purchaser agree on so he/she can access it -- they can always change it later).
That being said, how much you're asking and where you're willing to ship (in/out of the U.S.) might be good details to add.
