Post Introducing myself to all of you.

Greetings from Hawaii, everyone! I am new to Mobile Reads and looking forward to sharing experiences and tips with many of you. I have just written a suggestion to Amazon that I want to share. I already have three novels on Amazon and Kindle. I am now trying to upload my first self-published ebook directly onto Kindle. The cover is designed and already uploaded on their Digital Platform Page. But whoa!!!! Uploading the document...as many of you must know...is nearly impossible. You have to convert your document to HTML before uploading. Instructions may as well be written in Cyrillic!! It's insane. Alternative is to hire a conversion service somewhere online. I just emailed Amazon suggesting they OFFER US THAT SERVICE FROM THEIR STAFF for which we would pay a fee, so we can get on with uploading...instead of chasing around to find some service to do that.
Is this a good idea? Any feedback? With enough pressure, I'm sure they'd consider it. They're open to suggestion. I hope someone responds. This is my first message! Meanwhile, alohas from Hawaii...Kiana Davenport
