I add and delete magazine articles daily (some via Instapaper), but it's been a couple weeks since I added a book (that being Les Misérables from Project Gutenberg). Could it be that my K3 was stuck for two weeks or so indexing? Who knows? Maybe someone at Lab126.com knows the likely story, but they are not talking.

And IMHO they should be. There's plenty of precedent in the computer industry for support people chiming in on a polite and respectful board like this. Honest communication and realistic expectation-setting might reduce returns and increase customer loyalty.
