Even computer-based translation is not going to be satisfactory for literature. It is barely acceptable for news reports on the web.

What you need to do is, first, locate an ebookstore that sells ebooks in czech. Maybe look for PD ebooks. (Mobipocket.com seems to have a few but the listing didn't look too promising.)

Once you know you have a source of content, and know what format that content comes in, *then* you can go looking for a reader device that supports the desired content.
