I used to do that when I had passles of kids around all the time. as it is now, I buy freezer packs from the local butcher. we have a butcher shop that is over the top here, all local stuff (except for the exotic meat), all from small farms/ranches, certified organic, cheaper than at the super market. why would you buy anything else!?
