You're buying faulty or badly made equipment if the electrolytic capacitors inside are drying out within 2 years.

The flash is internal and soldered to the PCB. You'd have to really be extreme with your writes to the flash anyway to actually wear it out enough that it would affect you. The flash chip does wear leveling so no single area of the flash is overwritten excessively more than the rest of the flash.

Lithium batteries start to age the moment they're manufactured. It won't keep indefinitely and especially not if you're not topping up the charge periodically. If you're storing a Lithium battery then the optimum charge for it is around 60% if you want maximum life.
