I purchased a used JBL from ebay a few weeks back, as you may remember. Well, the guy that sold it to me never shipped it, and just a couple of days ago refunded my paypal money. When I contacted him, he said he had become very sick and couldn't go to the post office to ship it. Whatever.

The sad part is that I saw the exact same person selling the exact same JBL just yesterday. I can only assume that he didn't make the amount on it that he had wanted.

Yeah, I left him some nasty feedback, that's for sure. What a scam! What else can I do to make sure this guy doesn't get away with this crap in the future?
