Many of the changes seem to be the same sort of simplifications that were done to Philosophers Stone. Using simpler words and phrases instead of the originals but there is genuine censorship.

I've only scanned a few pages but standouts so far are "They messed in his cabin" which becomes "They took their meals in his cabin" and ""Ah doan know nuffin' 'bout dat, Marse Clayton, rejoined Esmeralda;" completely vanishes.

It will be interesting reading.
