Thus, I propose a thread for a Q&A-type thing, like Click & Clack on NPR only for PCs. After all, almost all of us use them to get to MR in the first place, right? Vent & Rant (e.g. "farking Windows/Mac/Linux!!!") here, tech support (e.g. "Hey, what's the deal with the new version of such-and-such browser?") over there.

Or not; it was just a suggestion. I'll be around if anyone needs me for either.
I've totally had PC issues! and like I said I have used the suggestions here. my rantlette was about the ongoing "my stuff is geekier/techier than your stuff" brags. I was suggesting THOSE could have their own thread/home
