Flavour onslaught on taste buds. In the last couple of weeks I have tasted many different teas with unrealistic flavours. Pu-Erh, Lapsang Souchong, Mate (coconut milk, roasted (that smells from a certain distance like a coffee)), Lapacho.
Ah!...I typed Lapacho and something clicked. I will have to drink Lapacho today. I think, I think there is something common between Lapacho and Lapsang Souchong. Smokiness? albeit quite a bit lighter? Don't know.
To take a break I am going to brew a cup of Rooibos baked apple
P.S. for Lapsang Souchong tip.
