I'm leaning heavily toward the Nook Color. Missing for me are:
  • standard USB port for uploading USB drive content
  • Android 2.2 for flash support (promised upgrade early 2011)
  • additional audio/video codec support
I have absolutely no need for video out or bluetooth.
