Solution for ORIZON - ADE authentication error
I want to inform the community about the very helpful support of the Bookeen Team!
I got an email-reply - after one day only.
Solution for my ADE authentication-problem:
We invite you to connect the device to your computer and then delete the «
.adobe-digital-editions » folder. You can then begin again the procedure to
activate the device with ADE and it should be working.
“.adobe-digital-editions” is a hidden folder. If you cannot see it, please
follow these steps:
- Click on "tools"
- Select "folders options"
- Click on "display"
- Find "hidden files and folders" and select the option that allows these
folders to be seen.
- All the folders will then appear
