@Dusty Star: Well, I took the easy & safest road (ie. the browser uses the default system rendering), and after trying a few overly complicated ideas, it turns out it was pretty simple to do .

@kranu: There's a readme in the zip. Read it .

The file in sstimeout is a backup, you can only change the real setting via the hack installation process. (There's an example config file bundled with the hack (in the src folder). Set it to 900, drop it at the root with the .bin, and reinstall the hack for a 15min timeout. By default, the hack uses a 1h (!) timeout).
