I also appreciate rooibos as general beverage.

But. This story of 10-12 espresso(es) a day is way too much. Very expensive also even at 90 cents each or 35 in the office or at home. Espresso is done with steam so it gets all the heavy stuff from the powder.

When I was in Bauru, Brazilm, there was a lady in the office whose job was to brew coffee and make the tour offering everybody a cup. She did that continuously. I usually got 14 in a day. But it was done at low temperature, with a lot of powder, I mean a lot. A big spoon for each tiny cup. Very nice, but so nice.

Now I gave up coffee, practically, I have one after lunch and a deca after dinner (Nespresso grade 9). No sweat at all.
