I did that when I lived in Milan for 6 months. When I came home my Doctor noticed a real increase in the fiberous growths in my breasts and told me no caffeine.

Since then I have returned to drinking caffeine, it was 17 years ago, but I try and be careful about the amount of caffeine I take in. Which is one reason I resteep all of my teas. I get all the health benefits in the first pot and the taste, well most of it, without the caffeine in the second pot.

Breast cancer runs on both sides of my family so it pays to be careful. Lung cancer too. Gotta love the family genes, I have both the biggies...

Anyway...

Today I have had a glass of water, 12 ounces of Sugar free Cranberry and Concord Grape juice, and am getting ready to have my first cup from my first pot of rooibos Jungle Fire.
