It sure does. And, it also makes me wonder how long FW will be around. Sooooo, I have slowly been going through my bookshelf, making sure I have safely downloaded ALL of the books I've bought from them. I bought an awful lot of books from FW in the good old days.

And I've also been making sure that I have downloaded the multi-format ones in several standard formats. Yeah, yeah, I know Calibre can format-shift non-DRM books, but it's easier just to download the different formats directly, if available...

It is SO sad to see the slow death of what used to be a great e-bookstore!

BTW, if you like mysteries, a lot of Aaron Elkins backlist is coming available on FW in multi-format. And, just off the top of my head, FW also has multi-format backlists of Ted Wood, Richard Prather, Nancy Herndon, Lora Roberts, a few Ross MacDonald, a (very) few Rex Stout. Some are sort of pricey, but the FW coupons help with that.
