So, I thought that Flornece tried to hit him in the library and when it did not work out the first time tried again. She also left pretty quickly so had no alibi and no one said they saw her with pshyrnk so there was no proof she did not do it.

My thoughts exactly - I followed the same path of thinking that pointed to her... Still believe it is the stronger evidence than lack of *cough*-ing or Jeeves' sentence...
So why don't you give me the price for the more logical approach in this loony story?
