Upgraded to 3.0.3 and the reboots have gone. Under 3.0.2 they were happening every time (almost) after waking up from sleep (the Kindle that is not me). No I have been re-bootless for 2 days.

I know others have tried 3.0.3 but to no success.

I have the standard leather Kindle cover, which has been on from the beginning.
