PRS-650 doesn't display 'a' with macron (ā)
Hi,

I'm reading an EPUB version of 'The return of the dancing master', and the name 'La Cābana' is rendered 'La C?bana' by the 650. So, it doesn't grok 'a' with macron (ā).

Adobe Digital Editions has the same problem.

Any idea what to do?
