ummm hmmm. I can totally see you not fooling with the water temperature thing. Yup. I can totally see that.

Most grocery stores sell meat thermometers. Buy one and label it "tea".

I would try and buy loose leaf that is close to the bagged tea that you like. You know the flavors that you like so it is a good starting place.
