This, I think, is what I'll do.

Order from bhphotovideo.com and send it to my ShopUSA-account (www.shopUSA.com). They are located in Virginia and when making a free account you automatically get a US adress). ShopUSA then take care of VAT, told and shipping. They take a small commission, but the overall costs only amount to 267 USD (when using the current offer of 199 USD from bhphotovideo). If ordering directly from bhphotovideo the costs amount to 370 USD.

Think I'll do it

PS: please correct me if I am wrong about shopUSA. I haven't ordered through them before, but friends have told me good things about them.
