Keep googling, some blogs out there have instructions. You just need to keep looking, maybe someone will post some hints of where to look. If anyone posts anything specific this thread will get closed and then no one can help you
It's a sad mistake to make but at least it was just one book. Why don't you look for some free books to download to read on your kindle for now. Amazon has quite a few
