Greetings ... I have long wanted an ereader of some sort and finally bought one earlier today. It is charged and I have read the tutorial and User Guide but that was as far as I got ... because ...
I discovered that my new little BN Nook won't search PDF files. Oh, no! This was bad news as I intended to convert my Office OneNote stuff to PDFs and take my database of info with me ... but without search, this would be a scroller's nightmare.
What to do ... research! After about four hours, I found Calibre and MobileRead. I now have a plan! My plan starts with reading a whole bunch of posts ... thanks to all of you who solved my problem months ago and have left the solutions here for me to find!
