I just bought one via Boffins Bookshop, and the specifications indicate it is a Hanlin V3+.

From the manual:

Hardware     CPU: Samsung Arm9 400MHz
Screen         ePaper (E-Ink technology)
                  6 Inches 600x800 pixel 16 greyscale

The firmware is V2.02AU.100505

Openinkpot Hardware page updated for 2010 version.
