Alibis for when?
It's rather difficult to establish a timeline with Alex drinking innumerable hot toddies at the same time (or are evening and nightly hot toddies different?) and alleged fights with pshrynk being witnessed at the same time as well. And "earlier this evening", when everything seems to have happened, is not very accurate either...

Oh and the whole thing gets that little bit more complicated when we are not entirely sure who the dead body is - or if there is one at all, though I'll take your word for it.
