Resolved the problem. First the Sony support chat sent me to Adobe which was a disaster. Later I called Sony and they were very helpful. The problem was that I had a prior password with Adobe that conflicted with the Adobe registration. Sony just reset my Adobe password. Problem solved. Enjoying the new Reader.
