Does there currently exist any tools that convert LRS to LRF? In particular, that can successfully convert the LRS output of the libprs500 tools using the --lrs option?

I managed to track down MSH_LRSparser and lrs2lrf_v01 but both seem to choke on a simple "Hello World" book made with html2lrf --lrs
