Hi There! My first post, but I've been reading and enjoy everyone's wealth of knowledge!
Yesterday when I connected my PRS-300 to my computer nothing happened. It does not connect or charge. It does recognize that there is a devise, because I see the "safely remove hardware" button in my lower bar, but it is not recognizing my reader or charging and it is not giving the connection screen on the reader. My battery is now half dead, it was 3/4 yesterday. I'm not sure what to do at this point....any suggestions?
