I also got my new Cybook ORIZON a few days ago.
The device is recognized by my Adobe Digital Edition - SW running on my mac.
-> but device can`t be activated with Adobe Digital Editions.
Orizon ist detected and displayed in ADE as "Cybook Orizon" - Aktivation process seems to work - but after I disconnect the Orizon: in the messagebox
Settings>About>Adobe ID: Not Activated !!!
DRM-ebubs can`t be displayed.
The suggested way as described in manual chapter 12.
via the Bookstore Link also fails:
"Connection timed out" error message -NO wifi connection to internet at all (google etc. )
I sent about 5 emails to
support@bookeen.com and to
contact@bookeen.com and also filled in the support-form twice - BUT got NO response at all.
So ... the device is nice ... but without any (of my) content - not usable in this state.
Bookeen support is anoying ....
