I don't have admin rights on my work computer, but run and can access Connect from a USB drive. Just copy the entire working directory from your home computer onto the USB drive, copy the "my books" directory from My Documents, run the program from the USB drive and then reimport the books (since the program will be looking for them in the old directory structure).
