Yes, certainly with the 'books should cost more because *splutter* *blather* *choke*...because...because they should' people it is. Interested only in money, not people's access to literature, etc.
Not sure I have seen anyone ask them - why should some mediocre hack's book be valued at a higher price than a movie that cost several hundred million to make?
