Sigh. I wish they had Wi-fi in the 650 as well. I am getting tired of reading reviews complaining about it. Often the reviewers don't understand ereaders. New buyers read those reviews and then probably get turned off from even considering Sony models. And surely Wi-fi would entice people to buy from the Sony store out of convenience and increase book sales. Sony also needs to release their smartphone apps soon too!
