I hoped someone here may have suggestions.

My father (76) got a new computer with Win7 and can't run FrontPage anymore. So he charged me with finding a replacement. He's far from stupid, but sometimes I wonder about his computer literacy (or else he's just lazy) - I'm pretty sure direct HTML editing is out.

The main content of the site will be a postmark collection - as far as I know, the site in question is still under development, so it's not like there's a full, working site that needs to be migrated.
