Publishing and distribution platforms that let authors control ebook formatting
Ebook publishing and distribution platforms like Smashwords and Feedbooks require authors to submit manuscripts in an intermediate format or do editing/formatting with supplied tools, and don't provide control over output formats like ePub and Mobi.

Are there online ebook platforms or bookshops that let authors upload and sell their own ePub/Mobi files, and have complete control over formatting? I guess Amazon can do that for Mobi. What about ePub?
