It takes ages to put a book on using the Sony software. It must be telling the reader tales about expiry dates and all that DRM crap.
Just to make sure: You don't have to "sync" your books.
This really takes awfully long, as the entire library is checked.
You just can drag and drop the single book you intend to read. This should be as fast as calibre.
