Hello.

Software: Sigil 0.3.1 for Mac (Snow-Leopard)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open a epub-file with many tocs
2. Open Tools/Toc-Editor
3. Begin to delete any tocs

In the case you must scroll down the window and delete
a toc, the screen jumps always back to the top.
It's hard to work to do this with more than 100 tocs

In 0.2.3.-Release it isn't.
