I worked on the problem this weekend, and here's what I found: if I have more than one song IN ONE ALBUM, I can get the feature to work as expected. However, my songs are all from different albums; there does not seem to be a way to play them all.

Does this make sense? My 900 Reader did not group songs into albums (same thing with my 500 or 505).

Can you get songs to play continuously across albums?

Sony didn't mention this as a possible source of the problem or even offer a solution.
