Started the day with a cup of Prince of Wales (took it from my wife's little box of treasures). Mostly Keemun I think. (that's what wikipedia says).
Smooth, neutral, subtle, no tannin. Glad I made me one.
I am making a note to buy a package of Keemun at the fancy tea shop on my way to work. I have the impression that free leafs could be better than envelops. Usually things that are less easy are better. Or not? Maybe is my Jansenist upbringing.
this tea in the morning versus coffee is not a bad thing.
