Based on my sony PRS-505 I will have my K3 years down the road. I purchased my sony PRS-505 4+ years ago. I'll replace the battery in that when t goes bad to. Unless something remarkable comes out within the 4 years (like color E-Ink) I don't see myself getting rid of the K3 any time soon.
