The SMTP server you're using is unable to send your email.
You can think of the SMTP server as the machine that sorts and sends emails from your computer to the world.
The server may be having problems because of these reasons:
- the attachment is too big, try sending other (smaller) ebooks to your kindle (just to test if this is the problem)
- the server is temporarily down (you need to either wait or call your provider)
