Good to have your company, Chilli. Geoff's suggestion is good. Check out a few reactions from Canadian members in the Kindle forums. Thing is that Kindle uses only its own Mobi format and that many books you might want come in ePub, the standard elsewhere. If these are padlocked by DRM, they cannot be legally converted to use on the Kindle. DRM-free books in other formats can, though, be converted to Mobi using free Calibre library software.
