Personally I would advise authors to post their books as as many sites as possible so that you have the greatest number of opportunities to sell your work. However, my advice is: 1) Give away free a part of the first chapter then charge for the rest; 2) Maximum charge of $8; 3) setup a database of readers who like your book, enter the names and email addresses of anyone who buys, next time you finish a work send an email to those in the database and tell them about your newest work; perhaps a $.25 discount for being entered into your database; 4) Register your work at such sites as fictfact.com and librarything.com so that those web sites will send you customers.
