If you have access to the Adobe DRM (you know the open password), just remove the DRM imo. Plenty of Freeware PDF Unlockers out there that will remove the protection so you can open the PDF on your kindle.

You can also remove other DRMs like protectedPDF as well that uses that irritating overlay and javascripts, providing you know the login/password to access the document, though I've had to use acrobat to remove this annoying DRM.

If you do not have legal access to open/view said documents, you should not remove the DRM. However, I don't see how removing DRM on books that you paid for is wrong by any means. You paid for them, read them on your device of choice.
