Aha! Cracked the code - the coupon I received has "row" where you're getting ca or au. I've been scratching my head over that one - but it must be "rest of world"! (I've always wondered what region Kobo had me down for, because I seem to have access to US, Canadian and UK titles - probably limited to some extent.)
