Today I had to replace my lost mobile phone - it was a few years old, so I consoled myself that perhaps the battery didn't have that many charges left. I was less excited by the new phone itself (LG Rumor Touch), than whether the charger would work for my PRS-650. My reader was still at 4 bars, but seeking instant gratification, I plugged in the Sony, and then the charger to the socket (mains). The red charging light came on, and I can access the device contents (as opposed to USB charging) with no "error messages" ... that's good, right?
