Krystain, that's probably one of the best solutions I can think of. For one, it'd solve the whole "vote war" thing in a hurry. If someone has low rep and/or low ratings, their reviews wouldn't matter as much as someone with high rep and/or ratings. And that'd be a hard system to game, especially if you're in a war against someone else.
