Otherwise - very satisfied with the reader! I've only had it a few weeks, mine came out of the box with v1.4 of the firmware so I never saw the previous fast boot & cover art version. Sounds good tho. |
I am not holding out a lot of hope -- I checked my ticket on zendesk yesterday and my ticket was deleted with no response to me. I filled out another ticket asking why my original ticket was deleted.
Needless to say I'm not super happy about this turn of events.
