You got it.

Also: You create an account on Amazon.com and add your home address.

There's a provision to add other addresses to your account.

In the event you move to a different country, switch address to your other one and book availability changes to reflect your new country.

My general impression has been Amazon.com absolutely has the most ebooks and the few that aren't available to Canadians are vastly overshadowed by those available on Amazon that aren't on Kobo.
